Merchants start by filling out a registration form on Mporeo.one. This form typically requires business information such as the business name, type, business licenses, tax identification numbers, or other legal documents, contact information, and location.
Essential for transaction processing, merchants must provide their banking information to facilitate the receipt of payments from sales.
To uphold the integrity of the platform, Mporeo.one may request additional documentation to verify the business owner.
Review of Account:
Final Review by Mporeo.one:
Accuracy Check: Prior to the agreement's submission, Mporeo.one conducts a comprehensive review of the merchant account to verify the accuracy and completeness of all provided information.
Policy Adherence: They ensure that all details adhere to the platform's policies and standards.
Merchant Processing Agreement (MPA):
Presentation to Business Owner: Once the review is complete and satisfactory, the MPA is presented to the business owner for their signature. This document outlines the terms and conditions of processing payments through Mporeo.one.
Signature Capture: The business owner reviews and signs the MPA, signifying their agreement to the terms and conditions.
Submission to Processor:
Processing by Mporeo.one: After the MPA is signed by the merchant, it is then submitted to Mporeo.one's payment processor.
Final Processing Steps: The payment processor undertakes its own procedures to activate and manage the merchant's payment processing capabilities.
Account Activation: Upon successful processing of the MPA, the merchant account is fully activated, allowing the merchant to start transactions on the Mporeo.one platform.
Support and Guidance: Mporeo.one may provide ongoing support and guidance to the merchant to facilitate smooth operations and compliance with the MPA terms.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if Mporeo.one has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Mporeo.one has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the platform.
Security of Your Account
As a user of the Mporeo.one platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Not permit others to use your account or transfer your account to any other person.

Mporeo.one is not responsible for any refunds related to purchases made through the platform. If you wish to request a refund, you must contact the venue directly or your financial institution. Mporeo.one shall not be held liable for any refund disputes.

Mporeo.one reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any given time. Such changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.
Continued use of the platform after fee changes indicates acceptance of the new fee structure.
Authorization for Payment Processing

Merchants must adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) to protect cardholder data. Mporeo.one is not responsible for any loss due to the merchant's non-compliance with PCI DSS.

Mporeo.one, in its commitment to ensuring the highest level of security for its users, integrates Visa's advanced tokenization and 3DS2 technologies to protect sensitive payment information.
The integration of VTS and 3DS2 on Mporeo.one ensures that all transaction data on Mporeo.one are encrypted, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access or data breaches.
This integration ensures that Mporeo.one complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, protecting cardholder data and maintaining high security standards.
By utilizing these technologies, Mporeo.one builds trust among its users, reassuring them that their financial data are handled securely throughout the payment process.
Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks
Mporeo.one follows industry standards for dispute resolution and chargebacks.
Merchants are required to provide necessary information for resolving such issues.
Chargeback fees or penalties from card networks may be passed to the merchant.
Processing Fees
Merchants will incur processing fees as specified in their agreement with Mporeo.one.
Mporeo.one may adjust these fees, providing prior notice to merchants.
Settlement and Funding
Mporeo.one will settle funds from transactions, less any applicable fees, according to the merchant processing agreement schedule.
Termination of Services
Mporeo.one may terminate services for any breach of service terms or merchant agreement, with final settlements made as per agreement terms.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mporeo.one, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(a) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services;
(b) Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
(c) Any content obtained from the service; and
(d) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
In no event shall Mporeo.one’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for access to or use of the service during the past six months.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Mporeo.one platform and its services is at your sole risk. The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Mporeo.one and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Mporeo.one makes no warranty that:
(a) The service will meet your requirements;
(b) The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
(c) The results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable;
(d) The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations; and
(e) Any errors in the software will be corrected.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
Conditions for Suspension or Termination:
Mporeo.one reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services under the following conditions:
(a) Breach of Terms: If you are found to be in violation of any of the Terms of Service or other policies as outlined by Mporeo.one.
(b) Illegal Activities: If your account is used for illegal or unauthorized activities.
(c) Security Concerns: If your account poses a security risk to Mporeo.one or other users.
(d) Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, as determined by Mporeo.one, may be subject to suspension or termination.
(e) Non-Payment: Failure to pay any fees owed by you in connection with your Mporeo.one services.
Notice of Suspension or Termination:
Mporeo.one will make a reasonable effort to notify you of any impending suspension or termination of your account, along with the reason for such action, unless in cases where such notice would:
(a) Violate the law or a legal enforcement authority's order.
(b) Compromise an investigation or the integrity or operation of the service.
(c) Cause harm to any user, third party, Mporeo.one or its affiliates.
User Recourse and Appeal Process:
(a) Notification: Upon suspension or termination of your account, Mporeo.one will notify you via email or other means of communication provided in your account.
(b) Appeal: If you believe that your account was unjustly suspended or terminated, you may appeal this decision by contacting Mporeo.one support at [insert contact email or link]. Your appeal should include your account details and a detailed explanation of your reasons for the appeal.
(c) Review Process: Upon receiving your appeal, Mporeo.one will review the case within a reasonable timeframe and consider all relevant information. You will be notified about the decision post-review.

Effect of Termination:
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the service. Termination does not affect your obligation to pay any fees owed to Mporeo.one.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions, along with any separate agreements whereby Mporeo.one provides you services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction:
(a) Consent to Jurisdiction: By using the Mporeo.one platform, you agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Mporeo.one for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Wyoming, United States.
(b) Waiver of Forum Objections: You hereby waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens. You agree that venue in these courts is appropriate and convenient for all disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Mporeo.one.
International Use:
If you access the Mporeo.one platform from locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You acknowledge that you are doing so on your own initiative and at your own risk.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute arising under or relating to these Terms, the Mporeo.one platform, or any services provided by Mporeo.one, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any court proceedings.
Exceptions to Informal Negotiations:
Disputes that are not subject to informal negotiations include those relating to intellectual property rights, legal claims, or any allegations of theft, piracy, or unauthorized use. Such disputes may be brought before the courts specified above, bypassing informal negotiation procedures.
Modification of Terms:
