Mporeo.one is a comprehensive digital platform built to power hospitality businesses through cutting-edge technology and unified commerce solutions. Designed for restaurants, cafes, food trucks, ghost kitchens, catering services, stadiums, hotels, resorts, airports, festivals, and more, Mporeo combines robust Point of Sale (POS), mobile and online ordering, QR code payments, gift card management, loyalty programs, and delivery logistics into a seamless ecosystem.
By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your access to and use of Mporeo.one as a user, merchant, or partner.
Agreement to Terms By accessing Mporeo.one or using its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Use of the Platform Mporeo.one provides a flexible environment for managing in-store and online transactions, order fulfillment, customer engagement, and back-office operations. This includes the use of:
Branded POS systems
QR code order & pay
Online and mobile ordering
Custom branded mobile apps (iOS & Android)
Gift card creation, sales, and redemption (in-store and online)
Loyalty programs
Real-time order tracking and kitchen display systems (Mview)
Delivery integrations with Uber Direct and DoorDash Drive
Text-to-pay links for catering and call-in carryout orders
Registration & Account Security Users and merchants must provide accurate information when creating accounts. Mporeo supports sign-up via email or third-party providers (Google, Meta, Apple). Merchants are required to complete onboarding, verification, and sign a Merchant Processing Agreement (MPA) for payment activation.
Data Privacy Mporeo.one adheres to global data protection standards including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and PCI DSS. We process user data securely and use 3D Secure authentication to safeguard online payments. Details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property All content and systems on Mporeo.one are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted limited, non-transferable access to use the platform. Unauthorized use, copying, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Transaction, subscription, or service-based fees apply as specified.
Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, direct bank transfers, and integrated gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Nuvei, FIS, Fiserv, Global Payments).
Refunds for merchant services must comply with platform terms. Customer refunds are handled directly by the respective venue.
Communication Consent By using Mporeo.one, you agree to receive communications via email, SMS, push notifications, or in-app messaging. You may opt-out of marketing messages at any time, but service-related communications are essential.
Account Termination Mporeo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to violation of terms, suspicious activity, non-payment, or inactivity. Users will be notified unless circumstances require immediate enforcement.
Liability & Disclaimers Mporeo.one is provided "as is." We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us within the last six months.
Dispute Resolution Disputes shall be resolved first through informal negotiations. Legal actions must be filed in the courts of Wyoming, United States.
Modifications to Terms Mporeo.one reserves the right to update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. Users are encouraged to review Terms regularly.
